The only thing we think that could be improved was during breakfast time, there seemed to be few staff - We only stopped by at the bar to see if we could order a latte and we waited for 10 min while no one was around or paying attention to customer needs. There were other groups sitting at breakfast tables and seemed waiting for very long as well."

"Should make people aware that they will be across the street in a motel when booking occurs. If we wanted to stay in a motel 6 we would have booked that for a third of the cost since we didn’t use the theme park anyhow."

"We had a horrible experience, we were moved from our original room three times because of dirty rooms, ac not working. The staff was very nice but I wasn’t the only guest having the same issues. I will not go back!"
