"We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead."

"I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . "Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and...
