"The resort itself is beautiful. Amenities are nice but busy. We were in an older building and a smaller 1 bedroom room. The full kitchen was tiny. The fridge and oven were not not full size which was not accurately described in the listing. Not much room to cook or sit down and relax (living area) so if you are looking for extra space make sure you are clear on what you are getting. Staff was extremely friendly but room was only cleaned twice in 7 days there. "

We contacted the property but got no real response for over an hour, leaving us stuck at 1am in an unusable cabin. "We stayed here after our Disney cruise and overall had a really positive experience. When I booked, I didn’t fully think through the 4:00 PM check-in time compared to our 10:30 AM arrival after disembarking, so that’s something future cruise travelers may want to plan around. "We booked this stay specifically for the water park and proximity to the national park. We were happy with the proximity to the park and the room matched description. Unfortunately room smelled like marijuana through the stay. It is is not clearly stated but the waterpark is NOT included. It would have cost our family $130.
