"Beautiful Establishment"

"Fantastic, beautiful space. It was luxurious and cozy, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. All around, a wonderful hotel, and we had a delightful stay."

"The property is going through a renovation, so it should be given some forgiveness. I had an enjoyable stay and it was lovely. There were a couple of glitches, but nothing horrible. The pool was nice, but the rooms were AMAZING! It truly was a lovely stay."

"Customer service was horrible. We checked in and didn’t like the room. They did not give the refund even though we didn’t stay for a minute. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank."

"It’s a beautiful historical building with the comfort ie-est pillows and bed. Super convenient location especially for film or tv festivals. Unfortunately there was no real fridge or microwave. The fridge that is there is like one that used to hold drinks however it’s so small that my go-to box from Roaring Fork didn’t fit. I had to put it on its side to get it to fit."

"Beautiful place to spend a few days. Beds were comfy. You will have everything you need and be minutes away from downtown. I would stay again. "

"The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The rooftop bar and pool area is nice and clean and the service is good. The hotel restaurant was short staff, and the service and food were not so great, but the last time I stayed here it was good so it may have just been the staff that was working on the day I stayed."

"The hotel is new, clean, funky, and right across the street from UT. The staff were great too. Only downsides are that the rooms are small and the only parking option is valet, which is expensive. Hotels should provide free parking to their paying guests, not charge them an exrtra $50 on top of the room rate. Not cool."
