The hotel is quaint, and lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is good with a nicely varied menu. The only shortcoming is that the wifi response time is very slow.

The hotel is set in a period building, however the interiors are very modern, stylish and stunningly well designed. The service was excellent, and the breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was first class. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which served an excellent tapas meal which is great for sharing. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this property just for one night, but we so wished we had longer here. Unfortunatley we arrived in the middle of a storm, but when we got in it was almost like a country cottage. There was a big open log fire in the living room and was very spacious throughout. The kitchen was full of accessories so you didn't have to go out and buy the odd salt or pepper or kitchen roll.
