Lovely place to stay in Port Fairy

My husband and I stayed overnight on our drive across the south coast. The inn is on a beautiful street lined with tall Norfolk pines. It is a stately inn. We had a lovely suite. It’s a short walk to the main street. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Very pretty room with a convenient kitchenette. Building is on a residential street a few blocks from shopping and dining. The whole town was quiet- few places open for dinner even on a Saturday night because it was off season, and not much to do in the town except take a walk. The Inn was a nice stopover but nothing much to keep us there longer than one night.

We loved the Old Market Inn. The owners have done a superior renovation of the property. Our suite was graciously appointed with a comfortable bed with nice linens, a gorgeous bathroom, and a small kitchen. It is on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk to downtown. A wonderful place to stay in Port Fairy.

Die Suite war rundherum wunderschön. Hohe Räume, große Fenster, geschmackvolle Möbel, eine Regendusche, die diesen Namen verdient, großzügiges Angebot hochwertigen Kaffees - alles wunderbar!! Schweres Gepäck über die steile Treppe nach oben zu befördern ist eine Herausforderung, aber wenn das geschafft ist, erwartet Dich ein Traumappartement.

The old market inn goes down as one of our favourite stays of all time. The room was immaculate, yet comfortable and welcoming. If you can’t relax and unwind here there is something wrong. It was just so so very good that I cannot recommend enough

First Class

We enjoyed a three night stay in the Osmond Room. The room is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Check in/out is Covid safe. Kym is a very friendly and helpful host. The room is on the first floor so suits active visitors. The Old Market Inn in close to town and amenities.
