"Quick 1 night trip. Fairly big size property for a Fairfield Inn. Different buildings. Instructions for parking as you enter would be good suggestion. Well maintained on the outside. Good landscaping. Room was good size. Marriott touts itself on its sustainability program and efforts. However, the shower pressure in the bathroom would say otherwise. Too strong! On morning of checkout, service specifically the replenishment of food and beverage items was lacking. And left a few disgruntled...

"My wife and I loved the stay. amazing place 10/10 we will be returning to this great place. I would highly recommend staying here."

"This place was super nice the yurt was beautiful and the view was amazing. Not far from Zion"

"Helpful and knowledgeable of the area."

"The resort is in a beautiful location and upon arrival looks amazing. However, the resort is run down. Common areas, including pool, showers, bathrooms were in poor condition and dirty. Needs serious upgrading/upkeeping. In our first unit (Cowboy Cabin), the lights didn't work and heater was so old. The second unit, a Tiny House, was very nice and spacious. However, the room had many issues (LED lights in bedrooms didn't work [likely remote batteries were dead] Heat/AC unit didn't work, no...

"Clean rooms, staff and probably the nicest restaurant in Springdale. The shuttle to go to Zion is super helpful"

"Loved it, the views were great, the space was clean. I would definitely stay again"

"The location was perfect. Breakfast at Oscar’s was convenient with good service."

"Zion Vacation Village is truly a gem! The cabins and property are beautiful and very well taken care of. The cabins themselves were extremely clean, and perfect for what you need. They even have fire pits at each cabin with a piece on top to grill, and firewood/ s’more materials in the convenience store! We were so happy with the cabin and I already miss it. The staff were super kind and helpful. There is also a bus that picks you up from behind the check in area to take you to Springdale which...

"Great location for trips to Zion NP. Nicely updated rooms. Perfect for your adventure."

"Great location and rooms had plenty of space. Liked the patio and open area in back."

"Great room great staff"

"Attentive, courteous, and friendly staff."

"Our villa at this property was incredible! It was new and very clean. They thought of everything - hair dryer in the bathroom, plenty of extra toilet paper, lots of dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent. The property was walkable to several places and also across the street from shuttle stop 7 on the Springdale shuttle. I would definitely return to this property!"

"Great experience love stuff clean"

"clean spacious room and great location, close to the shuttle stop and across the street from supermarket. staff is friendly amd helpful."

"Great property very close to Zion. Beautiful views. Basic cabin. No fridge or microwave so come prepared but worth it to be so close and many restaurants very close by"
