"My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia"

"The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room."

"It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more."

"The hotel overall is a great place to stay. I was transiting and it was very close to the airport. The staff was extremely helpful. Power switch in the morning was quick and efficient and the AC was cold. My only issue were the lack of towels for two travelers. The food was excellent. Great first time experience with Egusi soup and wheat swallow. The buffet breakfast was on point. Spice level was just there on the threshold for a visitor.
