"I love this place. When I am in town I try always to stay here. Great staff always ready to help, wonderful woman works at the cafe andakes great meals, cleaning staff have greatly improved, Fabulous restaurant just a short walk away also near Italian restaurants, free washer and dryer. And a Dunkin Donut soon coming across the street. Nice fireplace in a large, comfortable lobby. I won't stay anywhere else in the Norwich area."

"The hotel is literally right off the highway and very close to the casino. Mainly why I chose it. The breakfast was good, the gym gets the job done, and the rooms were fairly large and quite comfortable. I was most impressed with the pool and hot tub. It’s exactly like the pics online and it’s never like that! lol! It was so cool to lay by the pool in New England in March. The hot tub has a cool light and waterfall which makes it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel...

"Paid $280.00 for a room that was probably worth $99.00( and that’s being nice)..This is a dated hotel,lobby is from the 80’s,the room we were given had wallpaper unglued in spots,the bath had stained ceiling tiles,the tub drain didn’t work( the drain plug wouldn’t stay up resulting in having to stand in you shower water),the cracks around the floor were caulked and dirty.The chair in the room was ripped and old,etc,etc…Bottom line? Choose a different hotel if thinking of staying by the casino.."

"We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you"

"Property is fine but nobody was working when we arrived at 10:30am. Also was a carbon monoxide issue and we were evacuated at 1am and apparently they had the same issue the night before"
