"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! "The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously...

"Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood."

"Nice, clean rooms. Decent breakfast. When the rooftop bar is closed, there is no access to the rooftop at all — We were looking forward to sitting up there on Sunday evening after check in, but it was already closed. Cleaning staff tried to come into the room twice in the morning, the 2nd time with our do not disturb sign up."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"Breakfast was good. Bed was so comfortable. It would've been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. "

"The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would...
