"Loud. Poor sound insulation, people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in your room. The door was not flush with the carpet so light from the hallway lit the room all night. The A/C was great, the staff were great"

"Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There was a place where you could buy food, drinkes and ammenities. It was very convenient! They took pictures of us when we needed it for our event and everything was so clean! I would stay there again. We even had an issue and needed to have stuff delivered from Amazon to the hotel and they got us our stuff right away! I would stay there again."

"W杯旅行のため家族でこちらに滞在しました。 総合的にここを選んで大満足でした！ アクセスについて 場所は郊外にあたりますが車ではダウンタウンまで30分もかからないのと、近くに美味しい飲食店、スーパーマーケットもあります。 部屋について キッチン付き・寝室とリビング別室・バスルームは浴槽付きで、広々としていてとても快適でした。 設備について プールがあって子連れにはとてもよかったです。 6月末はかなり暑かったので2歳の娘はプールでたくさん遊んで楽しそうでした。 プールにタオルが置いてあるのと、日陰の中にベンチやテーブルがあるのと、プールへのドアがきちんと施錠されているのもよかったです。 サービスについて 朝食は簡単なものでしたが、パンの種類もある程度あったり、新鮮なフルーツもあって栄養バランスよく食事を取れたのが嬉しかったです。 部屋の食洗機の動かし方がわからなくてフロントに連絡した時もすぐに担当の人が来てくれて教えてくれたり、サービスも良かったと思います。 周辺の雰囲気もよく治安的にも心配せずに過ごせました。 また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです！"
