"The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful."

"The rooms are minimal, but neat and clean with lots of lovely towels. Breakfast was wonderful and offered lots of options. There was a significant issue with parking, since there were large work trucks taking up multiple spaces, even though several signs were posted that said work trucks were not allowed. As a result, many of us had to find curb spaces that wouldn't hopefully interfere if fire trucks were needed. I think the hotel should have comped the parking cost because of that. I've never...

"One of the two elevators had a problem - it was not able to go to a certain floor.
We were put on this floor and when I asked to be moved I was given a hard time because I booked through Expedia.
They were supposed to come the next day to fix the problem so I didn’t make a big deal of it but the repair was delayed and after the repair was done the issue persisted. Ours was a short stay but it was inconvenient & frustrating.
The hotel was not sold out, I don’t care how I booked the room, good...
