"During my overnight stay, I observed some roaches in the room, which was very concerning. In addition, the shower faucet leaked continuously throughout the night, causing noise and discomfort. These issues significantly affected the quality of my stay. "

"The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful for the understanding of the hotel manager as to why I needed to switch rooms. The rooms are a nice size for a family of 4, and the location is on the outskirts of the city, so it was nice and quiet after a long day's drive. We did not partake in the breakfast offered by the restaurant onsite, but it's menu showed a good offering of items from cold and hot breakfast options. We would happily stay here again on our roadtrips to and from the beach. "
