The environmental aspect and pride employees who represent of Park Places show is apparent and helps guests acclimate and enjoy Amsterdam, Vondelpark area in particular. You can walk to hub communities, pick up a bike from the hotel and ride the park, and pick up the #2 Tram to the canals easily from the hotel."

"We stayed in a Deluxe Room the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium for 5 nights, and we were disappointed. They put us on a floor that was undergoing renovations (our hallway was covered in painting tape and had unfinished light fixtures), and our room had non-functional ventilation and sparse seemingly unfinished decoration. "The look of the hotel itself was very nice. The aethestics and decor looked evelvated but the reception area was a bit weird to me. The reception are is just a large kitchen table area where two people sit there looking like two friends having a conversation. I was confused when I walked in. The amenities of free drinks and alcohol as well as free breakfast every morning was the best perk but outside of that I did not enjoy my experience at the hotel. Quiet neighborhood setting with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and tram. We were able to get wherever we wanted to go in the city. Staff gave us great directions to use the train and trams from the airport saving us a lot of money. "This property is in a great location next to the van Gogh Museum, and walkable to many parts of Amsterdam Staff is phenomenal and the breakfast outstanding We booked a small room and it was small, but we knew that at the time. Most of the other rooms looked to be very good sized. There is an elevator, although some stairs have to be navigated to get up into the hotel. Overall, this is an outstanding property made even more so by the staff"
