"This is an older property that is need of renovations. Breakfast was great as was the fitness center. What merits this low rating however is the fact that it was freezing and the hotel did not provide heat. As an older building, they only supply heat during certain times of the year. To me, that is not acceptable. I would never stay here again. I only stayed here because my reservation at a much nicer Hilton property was messed up and they were fully booked and recommended this property. I...

"Not a world class hotel even with the name of Hilton. No business center room so guests could check emails. No pool. Front desk would not mail letters, but had to find a postal box somewhere blocks away. No restaurant except for morning brunch then closed all day. Would not stay here again and the price was very high.."
