"Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Wine hour provided lively entertainment in the lobby and fantastic restaurants right in the hotel."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I will definitely be back ! From the front desk all the way to check out I had a wonderful experience. When I came back from my walk around Times Square I was created with a hello, how are you ? Do you need anything? I could not believe how kind the staff was ! This will be my got to when I visit the Theater district in NYC! Thank you everyone at Hampton ! From Nayeli at the front desk who was a sweet young lady to the manager who greeted me at the end of the day!! "

"Visited the property on the 1st day after Hyatt taking over from other hotel brand. A couple of downsides, no parking available upon arrival. Had to double park till I finish my check in. Was checked in to a room that was already occupied by another guest, had to go down again to get another room assignnent, no coffee maker in the room however bed was comfortable & brand new renovated room."

"The pearl was an excellent place to stay in NYC. The room was clean and spacious and we loved its location in the heart of Broadway. Many attractions were within walking distance and there were several tube stations around, as well. The staff were great, too. Highly recommended!"
