"My refrigerator wasn’t working and they brought another one to replace it but it never worked. They did not look into why so I forgot about calling down to front desk. There is no coffee maker in room. HVAC is very noisy."

"This hotel is in a good location for those visiting the city. I saw The Late Show at the Ed Sullivan theater and that was close by.
The hotel was in rough shape. There was a dumpster out front for trash from renovations, that was off putting. The condition was clearly dated. A once beautiful building is now pretty run down. The room was in rough shape, the carpet was stained, the entertainment center was really weathered and had fresh sticky paint. There was a loose wire sticking out of the air...
