"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...

"The room was very nice & clean though I wish there was a mini fridge. The elevator system was very frustrating & we would wait almost ten minutes for an elevator to arrive (stairs weren't an option for one member of our party). One of the staff that was operating the elevator panel during the busy check in hour was rude & uninformative. "This hotel is in the heart of Times Square. There’s a subway stop right at the corner and tons of attractions. The staff was so helpful and the facility was very clean. The rooms were pretty nice and the shower was amazing. Even though we were right in Times Square, it was not too noisy at night and the blinds covered the glaring lights so you’re not bothered when you went to sleep. They gave us an upgrade and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I came in the future."

"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"At first, I was worried that the room would be too small. But the layout of the room and the amenities were just right. Location was perfect! The staff was very helpful, and we had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant. I will stay here again."
