"Modern and chic hotel. The tiny room was compensated with comfy bed and duvet cover, shower with good water pressure, Japanese style toilet etc. The lady at reception was sincere and helpful. She even gave ice pack for my sister who had back problems during our stay - great service. If you don’t mind small room, you should stay here - the hotel good the other decent quality stuffs"

"I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, right near the Place de Clichy in Batignolles. It felt like it was in "real" Paris and slightly outside of the tourist zone, with lots of character and amenities--MANY wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars nearby where I could sit and watch the world go by, plus all of the conveniences, including pharmacies, bookstores, convenience grocery stores, bakeries, the metro, and a laundromat or two. "This is a gorgeous property with excellent service almost directly across from the Mouli Rouge and super convenient to Montmartre. The bar staff is super friendly. Rooms are tiny yet still sumptuous. Did not use the spa but they have one. Issues: Lights in room are extremely difficult to operate or understand. Toilet in separate location from bathroom (with no sink) is a bit weird. Hallways very dark. Location a bit too close to the sex shops in the Pigalle."

"We were really surprised by this hotel. The room was quite luxurious and large. The linens and whatnot were first rate and quite comfortable. The location was great with a couple of blocks walk between 3 different metro stations. Although it was located across the street from railroad tracks, we never really heard any noise. The neighborhoods around the hotel were great for exploring. We would definitely stay here again."

"Surprised by the many stellar reviews for this hotel. Staff was pretty rude in general. Bed was not very comfortable. Duvet and bottom sheet only. Had to beg for additional towels. While I am a big supporter of eco friendly accommodations, there were two of us staying in the room and only one set of towels to share. Asked for an additional set the first day and didn’t get any. Had to ask again the second day and got one more single towel. Also, apparently there is a daily allowance for toilet...
