"All the elevators except maybe 1 or 2 are broken. Literally took 25 min to even get SQUEEZED ONTO ONE. The stairs are not easy to find at all only emergency exits so its through staff area. The bed is horribly hard. The mattress looked to be 100 years old and they only had a single sheet separating you from it and it kept falling down at night. No room service to get new towels or make the bed. We had 1 wash cloth for 2 of us for 2 days. It was..... it needs a lot of work"

"Breakfast was the same as any other hotel of this level. Nothing to write home about. Eggs are cooked too hard but the hot items are hot, which is something many other hotels can't seem to get right. Coffee in the lobby was good overall and HOT! Again many hotels have crappy coffee but you surpass them with this brand. Coffee in the rooms is terrible. We poured it out after one sip. Bitter, bitter, bitter."

"This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There’s not enough words to describe how exemplary not only the property and the facilities are, but the staff as well. Everyone is so kind and attentive. This will be the hotel that I will always return to whenever coming to Dallas."
