"i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!"

"I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

"Original room bathroom was not clean, hair balls left on shower wall and soap. Hair on floor as well. So obvious not cleaned well. Room was changed and got put in room that shared a wall with elevator shaft. Heard dings and noise continually from 5am. Lobby was good and breakfast was very good for $10. Parking good and priced well."

The staff went out of their way to offer tips about local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were large and clean!! I'll be staying here every time I'm in the area."

"I recently had to get a new credit card due to fraud on my account. I had booked at Rodeway with the previous card, so weeks later when it was time for them to run the card, it was rejected. Instead of calling me to alleviate the issue, they canceled me with zero notification. I tried to check in very late at night and they had no rooms available and did not honor my reservation. This made for a very stressful, midnight contingency planning. The staff was neither sympathetic nor helpful."

"Dorothy's place was great for my needs! As a single traveler, I only needed one room for one night. The premises was clean, close to Wrigley Field, and served its purpose. It was also a relatively affordable rate given area hotels. I would definitely stay here again!"
