"Microtel has always been a great stay for me. I've always have nice encounters with the staff. The rooms are all clean and organized. Everything was straight forward. I think there's room of improvement when it comes to the available chair in the room, it was a little bit old but other than that, no notes. Everything was as expected. :D"

"They overbooked. We got there at 4:00 for check in. Looked like they did the same for a couple other guests that booked there too. We did not stay there. Luckily they got us a room at a different hotel. It put us behind for a wedding we were attending. No notice, not impressed."

"When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
