"Very good property and a lovely place to stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the room we had originally booked was unavailable due to renovations, and unfortunately we were only informed the day before check-in. This caused a bit of unnecessary stress, especially as we were flying the following day. However, I requested an upgrade to...

"Sitting outside there were sooo many flies and ants and it was like the second you opened the door to come out they would go in the room. I left a box of pizza over night on table and woke up to ants. In addition, my makeup made a stain on the pillow and as we were waiting for our car to pick us up to take us to airport the cleaning person ran outside with the pillow to point it out to me. Which was very weird and rude. The person at the desk told us not to worry about it. Aside from these...

"This is the perfect property for 1 or 2 nights as it is close to the airport. The family owning it was very nice and helpful. The area however was very secluded and about an hour away from the touristy part of Phuket. We didnt have a hard time finding taxis and ordering food delivery. If you are looking for a more authentic Thai experience this is a great place. If you are looking for action and adventure then this is only a 1 night stop kind of place. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My only...
