A truly excellent hotel. Nothing disappoints: plenty of free parking steps from reception, modern clean room, good breakfast. Large balcony overlooking the bay and city was a bonus. Easy access to city center via public transportation. Shuttle to airport.

Everything was beautiful and upscale. Food and drink was very pricey. I couldn’t figure out how to use some features in the room and floor was very slippery after showering. But it was quiet, clean, and elegant

Great location in downtown Thessaloniki! Friendly staff, rooftop bar, and great breakfast in a modern hotel and hostel. Stores, restaurants, and sites are all in walking distance! Highly recommend! A+

Thermi is convenient for the airport, shopping malls and off-airport parking sites. We dined at the nearby seaside suburb of Kalamaria with its small harbour. Thessaloniki's historic centre is 30 min drive, hard to park midweek, try buses from IKEA.
This hotel Needs new towels and bath mats of a reasonable size and quality. Toiletries as seen in a public hospital had to Ask For whater mini bar not stocked do complementary quarter bottle of wine provided Very very disappointed
