"It’s an ok place. It’s difficult to find. It’s not a hotel. It’s an apartment building and there is NO Reception room! You literally stand outside like a homeless person and wait till someone walks by on the sidewalk. There is no sign outside, no open door to enter. You are outside of a locked door on a street with grafiti. Then a man who works there will come after 30 minutes of standing and ask you if you have a booking , and he unlocks the door to show you the room. Rooms are clean...
