"I really enjoyed this property. The room was perfect, the gym had a Peleton (which I love) and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything nice, new and clean.
The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me.
The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. I confirmed everything about the reservation (MY name on the booking, how I booked, etc) I told him that I my wallet was in the room, but I had a digital drivers license. I showed it to him, but he didn’t accept it and said it wasn’t valid. I believe this was because it wasn’t the Louisiana Digital license that he was probably familiar with. He could see that I’m from a different state, but he still wouldn’t accept it. Luckily, my husband had his wallet so the guy finally gave us a key.
