Just ride a bus from Cebu South Terminal in Cebu City going to the southwestern town of Barili, travel takes 2 hours. Drop off point:shamrock. Then hire a motorbike (habalhabal) for 30 pesos and you'll arrive in less than 20 mins. enjoy!
