"Property says that the booking is not visible to them and no room was allocated since all rooms were booked, struggled with 6 month baby to find another property, trying with Expedia customer care to get the refund and didn't get updates from them. Really had a worst experience with the booking."

"Staff was very willing to be of service"

"Staff was very courteous and did the best they could but the place was poorly staffed. Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee.
