"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. "We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. "Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter."
