The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. "At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know."

"The room was outdated and a little dirty. They did not offer airport transportation unless you booked 24 hours in advance. I had to rent an Uber there and back to the airport to get a rental car. If you need something quick for a short period of time okay but for a long stay it would be a no for me."

"This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment."

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"I had several issues during a recent visit - some of the usual hiccups such as light switch, tv remote and late cleaning of room. But I had to speak to manager about being locked inside the pool room area, having to get a passerby to unluck from otherside. There was a "red" button I pushed several times to no avail. when manager came in, he pushed and HELD IT DOWN - who knew? for a smaller person, not sure this would work when the button and door are not exactly aligned to each other. "We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."
