"The check in went smoothly, room was amazing, complimentary upgrade and beverages were top notch. The food was a great variety and well prepared. Restaurant staff were attentive. Only issue (which would not stop us staying again) was sometimes the quality of the drinks made by certain bartenders could have been better. However, everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be returning!"

"I loved the fact that it was all inclusive. I bought the membership and was offered a room upgrade and wrist band change. Once we went to the front desk for the upgrade and wrist band change we were told it’s not reflected in the system. That was disappointing. We were promised these things and weren’t given it after they got us to purchase a membership. That did not sit well with me. Other than that the resort was beautiful and the staff was great."

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any times outside that window, you are on your own. That is the only thing I would suggest ."
