"Although the place was clean, I noticed that the bathroom ceiling had spots on it, maybe mildew. The paper was peeling off near the tub too. Breakfast was only until 9 on a Sunday morning. I notice this about a lot of hotels - I think weekend breakfast should be at least 7 to 10 since when people travel, they do enjoy sleeping in. The staff was friendly."

"Easy professional checking, hotel neat and clean, ample parking space and grounds were safe and well lit, access to major roads is very accessible. AC worked great, room was clean, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included , with many options and of very good quality. Would definitely stay here again. You get a lot for your money."

"The good: ac was cold. The bad: rude employees, no hot water, electricity didn't work in areas, not all lamps worked, towels so old you can see through them, had to beg for ice, room is better suited for $39. Avoid if you can."

"Lost power in our room had to change rooms. Our room was very clean. Had a few questionable people around the property, but had no problems."

"Gave it middle ranking because rooms are not carpeted. When went to bed at 10ish, could hear the thundering stomper in the floor above for an hour. Dont know what they were doing. But noise not great from floor above."

"The place was dirty, we did I not feel comfortable at all. We made a reservation for 2 adults and 3 kids there were only 2 towels in the room I ask for extra towels and the staff said they were not a 5 person hotel."

"My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle."

"My family and i were disrespected by the indian lady working the front desk. She had a disgusting attitude and the rooms were extremely filthy."

"It was a very convenient location and quiet. The price was great, but it showed. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and box spring, the smoke detector was ripped off the mount, and there were a lot of cosmetic details that needed fixing. I didn't bring any of it up to the hotel, because honestly it didn't matter. It was comfortable and worked for what I needed."

"Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available but limited. Not an issue for us. Perfect location near the highway between Niagara and Boston to break up a long drive. We were in the “rear” building. My only suggestion would be to ask for a first floor room if you have kids and an upper room if you don’t want to hear kids running around above. Floors relay kids running around very well. Great hotel though. Would use again. Very reasonably priced."
