"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. "Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! "The property is recently renovated and well appointed. The host was very helpful and made our stay quite easy and comfortable. We were greeted with a nice homemade cake upon arrival and enjoyed an amazing breakfast before departing. The B&B is very convenient for travelers who will be visiting the Bethel Arts Center. It was our first trip to Bethel for a concert. We plan to do it again."
