"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

Chambre sale, literie inconfortable, accueil désagréable, pas de chauffage, pas de wifi et pas de tele. la totale !! sans compter prix exorbitant qui loin de valoir le prix du séjour !!! petit bonus, j'étais accompagnée de petites bestioles dans la chambre. Bref un vrai désastre. moi qui ai l'habitude des chambre d'hôte je n'ai jamais vu pire"

"The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. The aircon is a must especially with it being 40C outside. It seemed to be struggling a bit so that may need investment. I loved how the hotel is nestled in the hills and a short walk to La Cite of Carcassone. The swimming pool was very welcome in the long afternoons."
