"The room was spacious, well appointed, spotless and very quiet. This hotel is off the beaten track but central to London. It is in close proximity to London's three hospitals. The free breakfast was excellent as were the all day coffee and cookies. Staff were both friendly and accommodating. I really great value."

"Stayed 4 nights. Brought along 2 dogs. Had to cross a busy street on the side of the building to find a patch of grass. If you are going to be “ pet friendly “ please have a place for them. Bathroom floor looked as though it had not been mopped. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Room had no microwave. There were 3 towels in the bathroom and two washcloths. Valet staff were very accommodating and friendly."

"Friendly but ineffective housekeeping. When we checked in sheets had been used and made up. When we asked for and were promised fresh towels they did not arrive. Had to carry old towels to front desk to make an exchange. Breakfast is ok. Staff worked hard and were enthusiastic- especially about filling in a review"

"This is a converted home, well over 100 years old. Limited amount of parking. The rooms are on the small size, with only one chair. Wifi is not the best and TV acted up during our stay. The staff are wonderful and we enjoyed our meal. The menu is not very large but enough selection, if possible try the flourless chocolate cake."

"The staff helped accommodate an unexpected issue and made us feel welcome from the beginning. It is also situated for lots of entertainment near the property. We loved trying the different establishments near the hotel. We would definitely recommend it and would book again at that hotel."

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 3 people, with plans to sleep on the couch that was in the photos. When we arrived and checked in we were advised that we were in fact in a 4 bedroom suite and given the key cards to 2 of 4 rooms. We check out the accommodations and the couch was very small and uncomfortable (understandable) so I re attend the desk and asked about the increased cost to allow the use of one additional room (as they could not possibly be rented by anyone else) I was advised that...
