"River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. Beds are well made and comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need from shampoo and conditioner to hand soap. Highly recommend a stay here, it’s a shame we...

"Cosy cottage, comfy beds, large fluffy towels, good heating, easy to control.
Kitchen well stocked, utensils that worked( knives sharp, plenty of pots and pans)
Great location for exploring the Yorkshire countryside, nice walk into Askrigg which has nice pubs, food, artisan shop.
Owners responded to queries quickly .
Note to tall people, watch your head on upstairs bathroom ( I am 150cm and banged my head). This added character to the cottage."

"The flat was very clean, but the stairwell to the flat smelt of damp and it wasn’t very clean. Didn’t spoil our stay, we really enjoyed it!"

"I am a few times returning customer to the Town Hall Flats and stay here because it s located in the town square and has disability parking bays right outside. The stairs to the properties can be hard going though and aren't disabled friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very workable kitchen for self catering."
