"I would rate my stay a 6/10.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but the overall guest experience fell short because of the customer service and the breakfast.
The staff were polite, but they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. First impressions matter, and while the front desk employee who came to fix my TV was able to resolve the issue quickly, he wasn't very personable. A friendly conversation and a welcoming attitude go a long way and reflect positively on your establishment.
