"The doorknobs are ridiculous. Full stop! Not only did I have issues with trying to get in, so did other guests. I refuse to ever stay again for that alone. The heater/ac unit remote stopped working, the stove didn’t work, there’s no door or curtain on the shower so water goes everywhere, bed was hard and lumpy, duvet was too small….
