"Property was perfect especially to those whose loved ones are graduating from Navy boot camp. Very convenient going to Naval Base. Felt very safe. Room as very spacious too. Highly recommended. To make matters worse, management refused to allow a room upgrade and denied housekeeping service throughout my multi-night stay, explicitly stating they were prioritizing a large reunion group instead. "The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Some of the hallway carpet is not clean and filled with sports. Our sofa pullout mattress was stained with blood and who knows what else. No maintenance person available for several days to address our issues. PLEASE do not stay here. No compensation for my inconveniences."

"Arrived to the front desk at about 4:30pm on a Saturday to check-in and proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes while the clerk discussed someone's reservations on the phone. There was another staff member sitting off to the side who disappeared. Finally get checked-in to discover one of the two elevators is out of order. I was on a tight schedule and needed to change before getting to a 5pm event. Room was fine. Much of the parking lot was torn up and being repaved as well. Overall not...

"The shower don’t really work we have problems with the toilet. The front desk said that they would give us another room and then claimed they were full when the whole thing was basically empty. The walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors conversations. I obviously wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here unless you’re desperate and on a budget"
