"This was our 2nd time staying at Alhambra Villas. The property is well maintained and close enough to orlando and all of the attractions, while being far enough to still be quiet and enjoyable.
Our room was better than expected (and we already had high expectations). We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and it was basically an apartment. There were pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, and full sets of plates and glassware. We also had a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Overall 100/10. "

"As soon as I pulled up to the Days Inn, I immediately knew I was not safe. There was not a staff member at the front desk…only a kiosk to check in. When I walked up to my room (as a female alone), I looked around and saw so many people staring at me. The pit of my stomach sent such a strong warning immediately. I knew this was not a safe place to stay, but I walked into the room anyways. That’s when I noticed the chain lock on the door had been ripped off. I was in room 272. I tried to reach out to Days Inn, but there wasn’t a response for hours. By that time, I had checked into another safer hotel. When a representative from Days Inn finally reached out, they heard what I had to say and their response was, “So you’re not staying in the room anymore? Okay, have a great day”, and hangs up. Awful customer service. I’m never going back."

"This place has so much potential!! That's where most of the positives end. The carpet in our room was absolutely filthy. Rip out the nasty carpet and put in tile or laminate - something you can mop regularly. The water park was so nice, but the lazy river was filled with trash and mulch. The breakfast was a hard boiled egg, 2 cereal choices, a community bowl of yogurt and toast. One morning there were small pancakes and the other morning a biscuit was offered. The location was why we chose to stay here. We arrived just before midnight and check in took about half a hour - why so slow?"
