"The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was situated close to the locations we had to visit. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The staff were also aware of the guests, who were booked to stay at the hotel; an extra safety feature. Overall it was a great experience."

"Very nice staff. Coffee ready at 4:30am was great! Could use some upgrades in the room. Air conditioner was a little loud but not really an issue for us."

The staff was great, friendly and welcoming,our room had everything we needed and was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The staff was always helpful and very pleasant. The facility was clean and easy access. Our issue was the musty smell in the room and the very soft bed. It just wasn't a pleasant sleep for us for the four days we stayed."

"Stayed one night and was really impressed. The hotel was fully booked and clearly busy, but the staff handled everything graciously — my room wasn't quite ready at check-in, which is understandable given how packed they were. Once I got in, it was absolutely worth the wait. The room was spacious and spotless, and the AC was excellent — a must in Florida heat. For a single night, it checked every box. Solid Hilton quality and I'd definitely book here again"

"The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to...

"The rooms were cleaned and the staff very helpful, the pictures don’t really show exactly what the rooms are like. The outside no were near the pictures you expected to see."

"Don't be fooled by the pictures they have online. The room I had did not have panel flooring it was carpeted. Also extremely moldy and very humid. The air conditioning units do not have dehumidification so please keep that in mind. They did provide service for my room daily which was nice because I didn't ask for it. The door locks also we're very difficult to use. Overall not bad for what I paid."
