The buildings were all old and very outdated. It was obvious as soon as we pulled in the parking lot, there hasn’t been much upkeep done to the property. There was an overpowering smell of mold as soon as we opened the door to our room. The carpeting had clumps of human hair, skittles, and a white powdery substance all over it, so clearly it hadn’t been vacuumed. Knowing the floor hadn’t been vacuumed made us question whether the bedsheets had even been changed/washed. The drapes had some type of dried orange liquid that had dripped down the entire length of them, who knows how long ago. There was a thick layer of dust over the light fixtures, fan, and air conditioning/heating unit. My husband and I both looked at each other and said at the same time, “We can NOT stay here.” We are not picky people at all and have never left a bad review for any place we have stayed. But we felt we had to in this situation so other people know what kind of place this is - completely gross. I don’t know how a code inspector hasn’t shut this place down yet. One positive note: the lady at the front desk was very friendly, understanding, and professional.

Between 2.5 & 3 star experience. Everything was borderline acceptable. The staff is doing just enough to keep you from complaining. Irritating things to expect: - Constant shortage of wash cloths. Shower curtain only gives about 70% coverage. Really poor selection at breakfast. Fairly rowdy crowd on weekend evenings. Large water slides only open about 4 hours a day. This fact hits harder when they take on over $30 a night beyond their advertised price as a "resort" fee when the only thing "resort" is a small water park whose slides are closed most of day. We primarily stayed for the water park for our 3 year old just don't expect what you see in the pictures. Finally, this hotel Is 20 miles & 40 min from Disney. So you spend 80 min / 40 miles daily just driving to and from Disney. I would say ONLY stay here if you are getting an outstanding deal, And bring your own wash cloths.

We arrived at night and the hotel sign light was out so it was really hard to find. Our room was ok but another party that booked a room in our same building found cockroaches and had to request a new room at 11pm. I never saw a bug in our room. The AC in our room worked ok and wasn't crazy loud. All of the furniture/bed had been updated but the shower was in rougher shape with old shower/hardware. The stand alone pool was murky and so we did not get in during our stay. The waterpark was open but only one slide was functional and didn't open until 1pm. The staff was very nice and friendly but the property itself is very old. The free breakfast was....interesting but free is free. The area seems safe. We drove to the Wawa, Walmart and Dunkin very close for things we needed. This hotel has a ton of room but there was very few people staying here which made it very quiet. Only three other families with us at the waterpark during spring break. I would only recommend this hotel if you need a very cheap option and plan to go do other things during the day. If you're not satisfied with your room, ask for a different one since they seem to have a lot of empty ones.

The water park looks in good shape, we just stayed for a night and didn’t intend on using it but out overall impression of the hotel was not great. It’s not the cleanest, it’s old and grubby feeling. The playground is really dirty and the continental breakfast was just yogurt and toast. We wouldn’t go back

this property was extremely misrepresented the water park slides were open for four or five hours total for the week the breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and toast the room was not cleaned or restocked the entire week and i had to hunt down one of the maids to get bathroom tissue shuttle service to area parks does not include the areas major park except for an extra fee and then you have to leave the hotel at nine A.M. and must return at six P.M. or you're on your own! although my experience with expedia went well as there was no hassle with bookings and other arrangements i would avoid booking this hotel at all cost!!!

The rooms smelt like mold and floors were dirty and the bedding was damp. We saw a cockroach! The water park did not open until 11 but the slides did not open until 2 and one one slide was going. The free breakfast was so bad I never seen a set up like that. Hot hard boiled eggs yogurt in a large bowl that u scoop out of and bread to make toast and cereal that’s it. There restaurant area the ceiling was leaking. We signed up for a shuttle to take us to Disney after waiting 45 min the lady behind the desk said he is not coming. For the inconvenience was supposed to credit my card for a night and I’m still waiting we left last Friday

Photos online are way edited and it looks a lot nicer online than it does in person. We had hair and pubic hair in the bathtub. Lamps had dust. Walls are very very thin so you can hear your neighbors talk, watching tv, cars driving. The AC is too loud. Jacuzzi outside was merky.

You get charged resort fees but are provided motel services. The continental breakfast was yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee and cold cereal with no bowls to eat it from (just flat plates) in an enclosed room. only 1 slide of the 3 was open and only after 2pm. The rooms smelled closed in and the bathroom faucets stick out from the wall when you turn on the water. Thankfully the staff are friendly and try (key word, try) to accommodate you. No one knows who the corporate office is to complain too. Apparently in between owners/new name.

Rooms smelt like basement I asked for a refund was told I would be getting a refund as I paid for early check in and checked out before 4pm check out and have not seen my refund yet

Breakfast consisted of toast, boiled eggs, the occasional pancakes and cereal for the week I was there. Very disappointed.

This was there worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Dirty, filthy. Nothing matched to the pictures online. Staff was horrible. Kids could not enjoy snything

The breakfast was not continental. We had boiled eggs &toast everyday coffee juice and cereal. Horrible selection. Room was clean but needed a serious update windowsills old and metal rot. Family friendly experience though since the place is cheaper guest experiences can vary because of guest at hotel. They claim they are still affiliated with Flamingo and the manager Carlos does not get back to no one. Transportation to the parks did not happen. Hotel was apologetic because Carlos no reply.

The pictures or from when the first open I had a king room chair filthy footstool nasty floor horrible the room had a smell and I looked at 4 different rooms they charged my room for resort fees and accidental before I looked after already paying for my room I was assaulted by a mom of a autistic 11 year old after telling her she not only almost knocked me down at the terrible breakfast that was being served but she almost ran over a toddler then the lady threw her plate of food on me…. I immediately went to the manager to have the cops called and they didn’t know who it was Jo access to the cameras so I couldn’t attend breakfast for the rest of my stay not that I was anyway because they literally served boiled eggs pancakes coffee juice two types of cold cereal and toast and tea that’s it with a leaking ceiling not to far from where the food was being served if I could rate this place a zero and put it in the negatives I would my god daughter had a horrible Time and was concerned about staying there after what I experienced and what she had seen so far she was very disappointed thankful for magic kingdom and sea world or this trip would have been even worst I’m disputing the charges because nothing was right oh I also had no wash clothes the first night and following morning I had to go to walmart and purchase please don’t take your family here mold on the cabanas pool slides rusted just horrible

The pictures were so bright and fun, when we got in it was late at night. We found our room which was a decent size, clean bedding, the safe in my room did not work at all. The shower rod was bent so you froze in the shower because it wouldn't close all the way on either side. The lack of trash cans is hard especially with a big family. There was many good points too tho! They have a little market down stairs that can get you snacks, drinks, bathroom needs, swim essentials.. The water park area was fun for the children. They did have a blast tho they did say that the water park opened at 12 closed at 7 but the slides are only open from 2-6. They have a big area for kids to play games. They have a nice game room. Learning center for children. DIY LAUNDRY- which was very helpful. This place could use major cosmetic care- with a good cleaning and repainting it could come back to life. I would suggest them having someone working in the marketplace during peak hours maybe?;
