"Everything was perfect except for the AC in the room. The AC was set at 60 however the room felt like it was 85°. It was super hot."

"This spot is a gem. The staff are delightful, there was surprise live music, the renovated room was cute and clean. We loved the funky artsy vibe. Only meh was breakfast: the oatmeal bar and the pop tart station were cute, the coffee was excellent, but they were out of everything else advertised (no juice, no bread, etc.)"

"Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. "I cleaned some drawers upon arrival. They were visibly dirty. Hard surface floors were not particularly clean Bathroom was spotless though the lighting was dim. Three days of our stay, the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub were full of palm tree seeds and bugs all the time. Impossible for staff to keep up with skimming, but looks like they only tried once a day. Halls and room often smelled mildewed. Wall a/c was quite loud. Beds, and pillows were very comfy. "Everything worked. Internet connection was great and workspace desk was nice in the room. Nice store above average. Clean. Only complaint was that this was booked for husband traveling on his own and picked for a hot breakfast which was supposed to be out at 6:30 but was not out until 6:50. Had to leave before it was completely out. Possibly just a one-day happening, but unfortunate for that day for hubby that had to get on the road - and hotel was chosen for that reason."

"Very nicely updated Spanish style hotel next to the airport that was surprisingly quiet. My only gripe would be the very small bathroom that made it hard to turn around. All staff that I encountered were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town."

"A 3 story hotel should always have a working elevator and this one didn't. I didn't get the large suite I paid for becauseof that. I'm moving across country and needed the extra room for the items packed in my car."
