"Parking was awful and was $25 a night - way too high. Toiletries smelled awful. Room walls were so thin we not only heard the neighbors but could smell their food & fragrances. Staff was friendly and attentive."

"The property was nice and clean, however the staff was not great. The valet was not helpful whatsoever. He stood there and I had to get out of my vehicle to get instructions on parking and where to go. Then when we went into the hotel lobby to check in, the gentleman at the desk was on the phone. We stood there for over 10 minutes while he was on the phone, never being acknowledged. Was very rude and unprofessional."

"La ubicación es excelente para ir de shopping, literal a media cuadra de la entrada de Nordstrom. El personal es muy amable pero les falló la limpieza un día en la habitación, ya no dejan botes de agua diario y el agua de la llave no es potable."

"The room felt clean, it would have been nice if they turned the AC for us before we arrived in summer it was hot the first few hours, but after that it was pleasant. The pictures of the breakfast over sold the actual breakfast it was limited. But it was comfortable with bedding and the location was good for us to get around to where we needed. "parking was supposed to be $25 but i was charged $50 when i arrived. i asked the front desk lady why i was charged and she tells me its $25 per night. i told her i was only staying one night. she said "oh it's for security" so two completely different things. then hours later i was charged an additional $30 on top of the $50. i go back to the front and i ask a different person about the issue. he says it is $25 but they always tack on an extra $50 "for security" would have been nice to know this...

"The room was spacious with kitchen and dining area. Free hot breakfast was provided with plenty of food. The road of the covered parking lot was broken during my stay."

"La atención de la recepcionista fue muy buena, se encontraba apenada por la situación. Las instalaciones realmente dejan mucho que desear, la piscina con una nata horrible en el agua, el ascensor dejó de funcionar y al entrar al cuarto tenía un olor muy desagradable, cortinas sucias, respaldar de la cama descarapelado. Preferimos irnos al Hyatt más cercano aún cuando eso significara perder lo ya pagado ya que no nos hicierons refund."
