"The property itself had screws holding the window up and when i complained to the lady she said all the windows were like this which was a lie and when asked the hotel receptionist if they offered complimentary water she said no because i booked it through expedia … I was then told by another member ..."

"Stay here many times. Booked tge Bridal Suite. Only to be told on the day of arrival. The bed was broken!!!!. PS There was a wedding on!!! I asked the newly weds at breakfast. They the 4 poster Suite was great. NOT IMPRESSED. The room wasn't the issue. Just a lie!!!"
