"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few...

"We had a very lovely second stay at this hotel. The apartment's were well appointed and spotlessly clean Lovely comfortable beds and nice new towels. You can get pool side towels at the hotel with a slip ( no deposit) just a signature. Food was overall good and there was all the usual choices for breakfast. "Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store."

"Hemos pasado una semana allí con 2 bebés, la atención por parte de todos los trabajadores ha sido muy buena (a destacar la gran amabilidad por parte de Coto en el comedor), la única pega es un poco más de variedad en la comida. "

"Lovely hotel. Just a bit far out for us. "

"Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely clean apartment on site bar and snack bar very reasonable prices. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early. Very clean modern room stayed before and since then it’s had a upgrade and would happily stay again and recommend these apartments "
