"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

"The staff was above and beyond wonderful. The breakfast and dinner are both fantastic. I have been to other places in Tiberius, and this was far and away the best. Highly recommended!"

"The property appeared to be having some of the rooms updated, I could be wrong, but it appeared that some of the decks below me were not as updated as mine. The hotel suffers from deferred maintenance (peeling paint on the exterior for example) but my room was updated and clean. The food would not be the reason to go there, but the view of the Sea of Galilee is hard to beat! I went for the view and that did not disappoint. "Was only there for one night two days but it was very enjoyable for my family. There are water slides, all meals were included was just very pleasant experience. "
