"Where to start??? The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who was working the counter the next morning was quite rude and condescending. I expected a bar by the pool; true there was a bar, but it wasn’t operational. The swimming pool was not useful for me or my 83 year old mother who has limited mobility as there were no stairs or ladders to climb in and out of the pool. This is a beautiful, well-maintained property featuring a lovely central courtyard with a water fountain, plus a separate courtyard area with a swimming pool. Its location is central and incredibly convenient for getting around most places in central Managua.

"I like the hotel because it is in a quite street in Managua and there are noises of traffic (no car, buses, trucks and no hocking) and best of all no roosters in the morning either.
Nice, friendly and helpfully front desk staff.
Love the idea of having orange juice with vodka at the front desk for the guest."
