Everything from the Customer Service at the front desk to all of the staff we came in contact with. The cleanliness of our room was beyond towards. "The rooms are generally pretty clean although there is usually a greasy kind of film from the Lysol or whatever they use to clean the surfaces on the desk, countertops, etc. But oj the flip side it means they are getting cleaned. Parking is always easy, very conveniently located for me (class right next door and a pawn shop down the road about a mile). Staff is always kind and helpful. Overall not a bad spot, I stay here everytime I'm in Newport which is pretty much every week since I've been...

"I had a cool room. Wall divider one kitchen room/ living room and bedroom in one ehole room."
