"The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered:
* The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available.
* The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture.
* Housekeeping was not provided on any of our daily requests.
* There was no hot tub available for use.
*The pool was in rather poor condition and did not provide towels.
